Refunds & Returns for SITE

At SITE, we stand behind the integrity of our growth nodes. Our policy is transparent: If we do not deliver the specific service payload you purchased, you are eligible for a structured refund.

When Refunds Are Issued

Reversals are authorized under the following operational criteria:

• Fulfillment node fails to initiate within the defined service timeframe.
• The final delivery quantity does not match the verified purchase amount.
• Critical technical infrastructure issues prevent complete order execution.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be processed in the following scenarios due to external platform variables:

• Incorrect handle, username, or content link provided by the customer.
• Account transitioned to Private mode during active delivery.
• Username or handle modified while an order node is currently active.
• Order has been verified as successfully completed by our delivery tracking.

Partial Refunds

In the event of a partial delivery caused by platform algorithm updates, refunds are issued proportionally. You will only be charged for the verified growth delivered to your account; the remaining balance will be returned.

Initiate a Request

To request a formal review of your deployment, please contact our Command Center via WhatsApp or Email with the following data:

• Unique Order ID (provided at checkout).
• Specified service name and platform pathway.
• Brief description of the delivery discrepancy.

All requests are audited within 24–72 business hours. Approved reversals are processed immediately back to your original payment method.
