1. Information We Collect

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and optional profile information such as social media handles and follower counts. When you use our tools, we process the data you enter (e.g. invoice details, rate card inputs) solely to generate your requested output. When you apply to campaigns, we collect screenshot proof of your social media posts.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our platform services
• To process wallet credits and UPI withdrawals
• To send you account and campaign notifications by email
• To verify campaign share submissions
• To comply with applicable Indian law, including IT Act 2000 and GST regulations

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Brands whose campaigns you apply to (limited to your profile and submission details)
• Payment processors for UPI transactions
• Service providers who assist in operating our platform, under confidentiality obligations
• Law enforcement if required by a valid legal order

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Wallet and payment data is processed through secured systems.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you logged in and CSRF cookies for security. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@indianinfluencers.in. Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days, except data we are legally required to retain (e.g. GST transaction records).
