Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any feature of IndianInfluencers.in ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in India to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Creator Accounts

  • You may submit campaign shares only for content you genuinely posted on your own social media accounts.
  • Submitting fake, edited, or third-party screenshots is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all credits.
  • You are responsible for complying with ASCI guidelines and IT Rules 2021 disclosure requirements when posting sponsored content.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value until a withdrawal is approved.
  • Minimum withdrawal is ₹500. Withdrawals are processed to your verified UPI ID within 7 business days.

4. Brand Accounts

  • Brands must provide accurate company and campaign information.
  • Campaign budgets are pre-loaded and deducted per approved share.
  • The Platform moderates share submissions; final approval decisions rest with the Platform team.
  • Brands may not use the Platform to run campaigns for prohibited categories (gambling, adult content, unregistered financial products, etc.).

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: create fake accounts, manipulate follower counts, use bots, reverse-engineer the Platform, post content that is defamatory or illegal, or attempt to circumvent our moderation systems.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using our tools (invoices, media kits, rate cards) belongs to you. The Platform's software, branding, and templates remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or resell our tools or AI outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost earnings, campaign performance, or decisions made based on AI tool outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to any claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Pending approved withdrawals will be processed within the normal timeframe.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
